Spotted Horse Provisions is a disabled woman owned business that makes sustainably-minded and artisanal pantry provisions inspired by the blended heritage and world culinary travels of a woman starting over. We are committed to engaging in sustainable practices from sourcing, to production, to packaging. All of the original recipes are inspired by a combination of Welsh and Iraqi Sephardi cuisine, and are truly unique in their flavors. We produce tomato-based sauces, harissa pickled vegetables along with fresh jams, botanical infused jellies, zero-waste pestos, spreads and vinegars as well as a spice blend.
