SBN’s highly anticipated Farm to Fork Benefit Dinner returns on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Fork, one of Philly’s most cherished dining spots. This intimate gathering isn’t just a chance to savor a meticulously crafted four-course meal; it’s a celebration of the region’s vibrant food scene, featuring locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices that champion the future of food businesses in our community.

 

 

What’s on the Menu (besides delicious food):

  • VIP Cocktail Hour kicks off at 5 PM with refreshing cocktails, artisanal bites, and an engaging conversation on Greater Philadelphia’s sustainable food movement.
  • At 6 PM, the main event begins—a gourmet farm-to-table dining experience, featuring courses that highlight the very best of local producers.

 

 

The evening will be hosted by Kae Lani Palmisano, Food Editor at Philadelphia Magazine.

Arrive early to enjoy the exclusive VIP Cocktail Hour at 5 PM, complete with complimentary cocktails, wine, and delicious appetizers. You’ll also get the chance to mingle with event producers and participate in a lively conversation about sustainable food practices with two of Philly’s leading voices: Evan Ehlers, founder of Sharing Excess, and Yoav Perry, award-winning cheesemaker and owner of Perrystead Dairy. Moderated by Kae Lani Palmisano, the conversation begins at 5:30 PM, but there will be plenty of time for networking before and after. As a VIP guest, you’ll also receive a complimentary gift bag featuring products from Old City Canning Co. and Shane Confectionary.

The four-course dinner begins at 6 PM, where Fork’s Head Chef will treat you to a family-style menu inspired by local producers like Samuels Seafood Company, Green Meadow Farm, and Happy Valley Meats. Your meal includes complimentary cocktails and wine provided by Philadelphia Distilling and Moore Brothers Wine, with non-alcoholic options available. Dietary restrictions?
