SBN & River Twice Present Farm to Fork: A Benefit Dinner for SBN
Join us for an unforgettable evening at SBN's inaugural Farm to Fork dining event with River Twice. This intimate and exclusive dining experience is not only a culinary delight but also presents an opportunity to support SBN’s local food systems work.
Indulge in a five course meal prepared by Randy Rucker, the talented James Beard nominated chef and co-owner of River Twice, showcasing the finest locally sourced ingredients from area farms and ranches. Upon entry, guests will receive a welcome cocktail, and refreshing beer, cider, wine, and mocktails will be available all evening.
Throughout the evening, guests will have the unique opportunity to meet Rucker and co-owner Amanda Rucker and connect with area farmers and producers who play a crucial part in bringing delicious, locally sourced food to their plates. They'll share their insights on sustainability within the food sector, reducing food waste, and the creativity that ties into these practices.
